Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Additional certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Certified Data Center Professional (CDCP), or similar are highly desirable.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience in a data center engineering role, preferably within a large-scale enterprise environment.

Strong understanding of data center infrastructure components, including servers, storage systems, network devices, and power and cooling systems.
Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
Experience with ITIL framework and practices for incident management, problem management, and change management.
Strong troubleshooting skills, including the ability to diagnose hardware and software issues effectively.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix) and ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira).
Familiarity with data center design principles, including hot and cold aisles, raised floors, and UPS systems.
