Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Loss Adjuster or similar role within the insurance industry.
- Solid understanding of insurance policies, claims procedures, and legal requirements.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using relevant software for claim management and reporting.
